Tiara Cyprus Weddings

Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions as outlined below. These terms and conditions are set out to protect both you, our client and us from any misunderstanding and outlines our given contract.

Who is the contract between?

The contract is between you (the client, as named on the booking contract) and us (Tiara Cyprus Weddings known as T.C.W. hereon). The Wedding event refers to the booking of our services for a specific date and time.

Provisional bookings

Your booking is considered provisional, until you (the client) & us (T.C.W) sign the booking contract. We will hold all provisional bookings for a maximum 14 days.

Confirming your booking

We will confirm your booking, only on the basis of these terms and the booking contract signed by you. When you confirm your booking, you agree to pay all the charges that are listed on the quote.

Bookings made more than one year ahead

We reserve the right to increase prices from the original quotation, in line with inflation if you book more than one year ahead. The Administration Fee will not be increased. We will let you know in writing of any increase in the prices.

Payment of your Wedding

When you confirm your booking, we require a (non-refundable) deposit of £150.00CYP (258.00€)(or other amount stated and agreed by both parties) or £300.00CYP (513.00€) for Orthodox Weddings .

This is fully inclusive of all costs, including all our own travel and administration expenses.

Total Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your wedding date

T.C.W Strongly advise you insure againts these possible losses

Cancelling all or part of your booking

In the event of a cancellation/delay, clients should respectably be aware that they are responsible for paying whatever penalty deposits are required by the hotels and services already booked, in accordance with the individual policies of those companies. You are obliged to inform us of any alterations to your booking, in writing.

Please note - You must pay in full for all items listed on your quote that you do not cancel.

Alterations or cancellations made by us (Tiara Cyprus Weddings)

(T.C.W) reserve the right to alter or cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond or out of our control. If this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to offer you an alternative. We cannot accept responsibility if we are unable to provide any element of the booking because of industrial action or any other force majeuere which is beyond our reasonable control.

Last-minute arrangements (arrangements made within three months of event date)

Last-minute arrangements may be made, subject to other commitments and administration regulations. Any last-minute arrangements are subject to availability of dates, venues, hotels, services etc. Please note, that there may be a surcharge for this extra service.

Outside Bookings made directly by the client

Clients who choose to book directly their own hotel, venue and/or catering, do so at THEIR OWN RISK. (T.C.W.) cannot & will not be held responsible for anything that may go wrong as a result of a client's personal actions. However, in the interests of our clients' happiness, we will try to troubleshoot, make other arrangements insofar as we are able to do so. (T.C.W.) can not be held responsible what-so-ever for any inability to succeed for whatever reason. In this case clients should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of their chosen hotel, venue and/or catering.

The Services of a Third Party

If you use the services of anyone other than (T.C.W.), you should ensure that any/all third parties have read, understood and co-operate under our terms and conditions. In the case that such co-operation is not forthcoming, (T.C.W.) will not be held responsible for any mishaps.

Legal Documents

You (our client) are responsible for making sure you have all legal and travel documents required for your wedding and that they are valid. Under no circumstances can (T.C.W.) be held accountable, liable or accept responsible for any loss or damage whilst in Cyprus. All paperwork i.e. documents, legal requirements will solely be the responsibility of the applicant.

Personal Possessions

We, (T.C.W.), do not accept responsibility for the security of any & all personal possessions.

General Information

You (our client) may not make any amendment/s or variation/s to these terms & conditions, unless we (T.C.W.), agree to this in writing, prior to the date of the event.

This contract forms the entire agreement and understanding between you and us (T.C.W.) for your wedding event.
